pWATERTOWN — Robert D. Harvey, 31, of 698 Grant St., Apt. A, was charged by city police with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute around 12:30 a.m. Saturday./ppIt is alleged that Mr. Harvey kicked a door belonging to Tabitha Nicholson during the argument, causing damage to the inside and outside molding./ppPolice said he also shoved an 11-year-old boy during the dispute, causing him to fall over the top of a rack where two hammers were positioned./ppHe is being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court./p
