pLOWVILLE — A Glenfield man was charged with driving while intoxicated and meth possession Tuesday following a traffic stop at the Lewis County Fairgrounds./ppVillage police charged Bryan M. Spear, 22, with felony DWI under Leandra’s Law, driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and four traffic violations. He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to Lewis County Jail, with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond./ppPolice said Mr. Spear had a 2-year-old child in the truck at the time of the traffic stop and they found methamphetamine in his possession.
