pPOTSDAM — The village will hold a public information meeting on the North Country Downtown Revitalization Initiative — and its intent to apply for $10 million in grant funding through that program — at 7 p.m. Monday in the Civic Center board room, 2 Park St. /ppAccording to a Thursday village release, the purpose of the meeting is to get input from village residents, business owners, property owners and local organizations on priorities for redeveloping Potsdam’s downtown, and to identify an area of focus./ppMeant to build on growth spurred by Gov. Andrew M.
