pLOWVILLE — A Lowville man faces burglary charges in connection to a series of burglaries in Oneida County earlier this month./ppState police charged Richard M. Nellenbach Jr., 27, of 7745 Ridge Rd., with 14 counts of burglary, and Utica resident Malik X. Jones with six counts of burglary./ppThey are accused of burglaries to a residence and numerous business throughout northern Oneida and Herkimer counties between June 1 and June 16, state police said./ppAfter executing a search warrant, state police recovered various proceeds and contraband from the burglaries from an unspecified Utica residence. /ppAs a result of this investigation, Betheny A. Nellenbach, age 27, from 1230 Court St., Utica, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class-A misdemeanor. Ms. Nellenbach was charged after her two children were removed from the address in Utica and turned over to family members. A hotline referral was made with Oneida and Lewis County Child Protective Services being notified./ppMr. Nellenbach and Mr. Jones were arraigned in New York Mills Village Court. Both were remanded to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $30,000 and $25,000 bail, respectively.
