pLOWVILLE — A Watertown man was arrested Saturday over an alleged break-in last week at 7588 E. State St./ppVillage police charged Gordon J. Majo, 35, Watertown, with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal contempt./ppMr. Majo — who has served multiple terms in state prison, according to state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision records — was sent to Lewis County jail without bail./ppPolice said they received a complaint Wednesday that two flat-screen televisions had been taken from the East State Street residence, and Mr. Majo was implicated in the alleged incident./ppKimberly J. Majo, 32, East State Street, Lowville, was also charged with second-degree criminal contempt, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, answerable in Village Court./ppPolice said both Mr. and Ms. Majo were accused of violating a stay-away order of protection issued in Lewis County Family Court and that Ms. Majo was found with methamphetamine./ppOn Jan. 1, Mr. Majo was also charged by Watertown police with criminal contempt for being with protected parties, including Ms. Majo./ppAn investigation into the alleged burglary is continuing, police said, and more arrests are expected./p
