Zando, 55, 114 Franklin St. Apt. 401, was charged with trespassing Friday for allegedly sitting on a woman’s front porch./ppWatertown City Police allege that Mr. Zando remained on Candee M. Laidlaw’s front porch, 169 Paddock St., despite being told previously not to be on the property./p
